Review: The Librarian Principle by Helena Hunting

The Librarian Principle CoverTitle: The Librarian Principle
Author: Helena Hunting
Genre: Contemporary Romance/Erotica
Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars

Book Description:

Annaliese Harper knows that one tiny mistake can jeopardize a career before it’s even begun. Letting your boss find the extensive collection of porn on your personal laptop is one way. Sleeping with him is another. Liese manages to do both.

As the new librarian at a prestigious small-town private high school, Liese is drawn to her sexy, charismatic principal, Ryder Whitehall—an attraction she refuses to acknowledge given their relationship and her recent liberation from a delusional ex-boyfriend.

Liese is certain Ryder’s flirtation is the product of her sex-deprived imagination—until he discovers her digital porn stash during working hours and demands a private meeting. Behind closed doors, their attraction explodes into a dangerous, passionate affair that not only threatens their jobs and reputations, but most of all, their hearts.

I really adored this book! ❤ It was provocative, sweet, and wonderful.

This story was about two people who can’t deny the electrifying spark they have between them. Their sizzling (and somewhat forbidden) romance is a story you’ll be sure to enjoy. Their chemistry was red-hot!

Liese is the new librarian at Fullerton Academy of Higher Learning (FAHL). From the moment she met the hot, attractive principle, Ryder Whitehall, she’s found him utterly desirable. She passes along this little tid bit to her best friend, Marissa, who then proceeds to badger Liese for more info and entertains her with some amusing pics. (Most of which are NSFW. 😉 )

So, imagine all those naughty pics being found by the guy you’re crushing on, who’s also YOUR BOSS– AND said person in the photos! As you can guess, it’s entertaining and incredibly amusing!

The plot to this story is very elaborate and will keep you engaged. When you meet the characters you think you know where the story is headed, but then there are a few detours and you’re stunned and a little pumped up about what’s going to happen next!

The saucy best-friend: SNORT

The ex-boyfriend: GASP

The parents: O_O

The sister: OH SNAP.

Yep, a LOT happens in this book and it will definitely keep you on your toes!

You’ll know all about those characters ^ and more, once you bury yourself in this story.

One of my favorite characters from the book is Blake Stone, the drama teacher. He’s a laid back kind of guy that you’d love to have as one of your guy friends. He’s goofy and kindhearted, and has history with Ryder.

Yea, let’s get to Ryder… At first glance, you think he’ll be that alpha male, dominant, type of man. However, as we soon figure out, we shouldn’t judge all books by their covers. 😉 I loved how his character was described. He was written in a way that you felt like he could literally just walk off the page and be a real person. He wasn’t some mystical god or a dark, brooding guy. He was sexy, smart, and charismatic. He has some flaws that any average guy would!

I thought Liese and Ryder’s story was refreshing and different. Like I mentioned before, you think you have the story figured out, but you’re then pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed this love story and think you will too!
