Review:

Friends, I absolutely loved this book.  I have so many parts marked down as a favorite that only articles have been left un-highlighted to make a distinction.  It’s hilarious, sexy, and romantic.  Christina Lauren really know how to create characters that you want to revisit over and over again and this book has all of the ones you love in one place.

Beautiful Bombshell takes course over one evening.  So much is jammed packed into that one night (ehehehehe) that it was memorable for each of the character’s involved.  Bennett and Max do their best to separate themselves from the rest of the bachelor party which includes Bennett’s brother Henry and Will.  Henry and Will do their best to make sure that Bennett has the full benefits of a stag party.  This conflict of interests drives the Bennett and Max to do some hilarious things to meet up with their lady loves.  It was more than just a stirring of passion that drove them to leave behind debauchery.  It was a connection with someone who completed them that compelled them to forego the “typical” male bonding weekend.

Imagine Justin Timberlake and Usher performing together.  Or imagine *NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys going on tour with each other.  Better yet, imagine David Gandy and me making babies together…the world would implode from all of that epic awesomeness.  That’s what I thought would happen when Christina Lauren put Bennett Ryan and Max Stella together in one novella.  Cheese and rice, it was better!  My world became funnier and sexier.  The sun was brighter, birds gently landed on my finger like I was freakin’ Snow White, I was able to make gravy without lumps in it.  In short: Bennett and Max together in a book is pure bliss.

I don’t want you to think that the guys are the only good part about this novella.  Sara and Chloe are the sneaky girlfriends you want in your corner.  It’s apparently they love their men who love them very deeply.  It was so wonderful to see the relationships that we met in the previous books blossom into something more.  There was a deeper love.  Speaking of deep…

“And what would you do, sweet Sara?  If someone saw you this way?  Would that make it better?  Would you come on my hand as soon as you heard their feet on the stairs?”

and

“I’m going to fuck you with my mouth,” I said, kneeling between her thighs and ghosting my lips over the thin material.  “Fuck you with my tongue until you’re begging for my cock.  Maybe I’ll give it to you.”  I shrugged.  “Maybe I won’t.”

YOU SEE THAT?!?!  You see what I had to deal with?!  KAJOIFJDKJFOIJDFD, Y’ALL!

“TAG ME IN! TAG ME IN!!!!”

I said that.  In my head and out loud.  THE SEX WAS OFF THE CHARTS.  First we had some Bennett/Chloe action and then we had some Max/Sara shenanigans.  Their styles are so different but still so damn erotic.  I wouldn’t be able to choose which one I’d want to be with more.  Thank goodness I don’t have to choose because Christina Lauren put them in one book!

Beautiful Bombshell was a delight.  Seeing the two couples I’ve fallen in love with over the past few months has been a joy that I will revisit again and again.  The characters were true to the ones I’d originally met, but evolved.  I truly cannot wait for the next one to come out.  They are almost guaranteed good times while reading.
